What is Love?
This intangible, immeasurable, unpredictable, and uncontrollable emotion that has started wars, given new life and broken more hearts then there are people in this world. What is Love? You can see it in the face of those you truly care about. You can feel its energy when you get close to someone like static attraction drawing you closer. It hurts when our loved ones leave or pass on. It’s opens you up to a devastating pain should your loved betray you. But without love we walk the earth with an empty void inside passively to desperately looking to fill it with anything that seams to make its emptiness subside even if for just a moment in a one night affair. In that one moment we may catch a glimpse of the exciting passion and electricity of what we feel love must feel like for those of us who have never had it. The flushed warm skin of ones cheek next to yours whispering sweet nothings that run your imagination. Love, it self defies description, as it is an intangible emotion that means different things to different people. Love can’t be bottled up packaged and sold for a $1.99, it’s a priceless commodity that even the richest of men can not buy. Love, much like religion can’t be measured and proved scientifically, yet almost all of use believe in both, in some form or another that there is more out there for us beyond our selves.
